Hello
I just went to Infinite Coil to see if the skill point was fixed after the new build.
Btw it was and I got the point(It was about kitten time).
As soon as I came to Gauntlet Gultch I heard a NPC saying the phrase “You know,your failure is only funny if you try”.
It was the champion NPC that had spawned in IC.
It took me about 10 minutes to get from the camp to the skill point,kill some mobs,defeat the robot,kill some more mobs and get back to the Gauntlet camp.
During this period the NPC phrase kept on playing loud,as if I was a few feet from it it.
I counted 19 times.Almost once per 30 sec.
So today I learned a valuable lesson.
That my failure is only funny if I try.

I’m experiencing the same thing. It sounds like a voice file is stuck and maybe playing in place of some other recurring sound.

This is happening to me as well! Logged out/in but the voice in my head persists. If anybody has any ideas on how to shut this guy up please let me know.
