Report Broken

As Anet continues to point out, please use the reporting system in-game and they’ll investigate each ticket. Investigation takes some time to do because they won’t suspend/ban a player over another players report.
In addition, Anet’s exploit reporting process is as follows:
If you discover an emergency game-breaking or economy-breaking bug, do not exploit it, but please notify us immediately at this email address: exploits@arena.net. You may also use this email address to report suspected security vulnerabilities. Thank you to everyone who has sent reports. However, note that we cannot respond individually to emails to this address.
Thank you for your response. So basically the report system is inadequate? Fine a few people have been raging on the forums about being banned. I’m not saying that they’re not working, I’m just saying that when 20+ bots haven’t been banned in over a week with hundreds of reports to their name, that kinda makes people wonder.
I know there are other problems which Arena is currently trying to deal with but these botters need to be dealt with more urgency. They’re ruining my experience personally and the experience of, I’m sure, many other players.
PS. Are you an ArenaNet staff member? That information about exploits is irrelevant and looks like a copy and paste to make the post look nice. No offence intended. Just being honest.
The report tool is working properly, it just takes time to deal with all the bots.
