Let’s start with the fact that I do not understand the system report, in which there is no report for bug use and cheating.

If you see a player doing something that’s illegal target him. You can then click his portrait to report him. If he teleports really quickly, like a bot that travels around to mine nodes you can send him a party invite so his portrait stays on your screen long enough for you to report him. The report function lets you select several offenses.
Please make sure that the player you are reporting is actually doing something illegal and make sure you report him for the right reasons.
This is the same report system you use when you report someone from the chat.

Another way is to right click their portrait and add them as a friend instead of sending a party invite. You can then go to your contact list and report them for the suspected issue at your leisure. You can then remove them from your contacts list if you would like.

Okay, thank you. This is certainly good, but why the extra body movements? Simply add a couple of features in report system, and all.
