So, the last couple of days I’ve been getting gold seller spam via in-game mail, I would like to report these people.
But as it stands there’s seemingly no way to do this, when you open the report window there is a red message saying that Anet will take action based of chat logs and not unsubstantiated player reports.

So, my question to Anet is, does the chat logs include mails?, and if they do, please be more specific about it in the report window.
An alternative would be to let us include a screenshot like in the bug report tool, or attach specific mails in the report window/make a dedicated mail abuse report option.

I totally agree. I got two yesterday, and I’m dreading how many I’ll have when I log on today. I’m sure ANet is doing their best, but those gold sellers can just keep making more characters like “ALDKHGALKDHA” or “DJAGHDKAL”. Such creative names!
