Guild Wars 2

So I had a few crashes lately when creating characters, and only just found out the cause. Here are the steps you need to take to cause this. I did this with a charr male.

1. Create a Guardian character up to step 5.
2. In step 5, choose the helm option.
3. Move back to step 3. Your character will be shown with the example armour.
4. Move forward to step 4 and go to the colours menu. The helm is still being worn by the character but the shoulders option is available instead.
5. Select the shoulder option and try to change the colour. The game will crash to the desktop.

I’ve been able to reproduce this every time I’ve tried. My uneducated guess is that it’s crashing because it’s trying to assign a colour to an object that isn’t there. Easily avoidable but if you’re like me and like to go back and forth to see what your toon will look like with better armour it’s best to be aware of this.
