During the “Rescue the crew of the Windfall” section of the “Ships of the Line” personal story line mission, Zott does not appear to revive Ellie as he should, instead he simply idles in one spot.
I have tried killing nearby Risen in the water, and I have revived the Vigil Warmaster.
Is this a bug? It seems to be an issue which has been brought up in other threads but it doesn’t look like a solution’s been introduced.
Any hints on how I could finish this mission?
