The Retribution option in the Radiance specialization for guardians seems to be adding about 10% damage to swords only, and nothing at all added during retaliation, either for swords, or other weapons.
Might have something to do with an earlier skill called “powerful blades” (or something similar) but that’s just guesswork on my part.
