Minutes ago I was doing this personal story (2nd time). The problem is as soon as I enter it I get unberable lag spikes above 10k ms. Outside of the instance the game runs fine same as always. Doing the story I was aslo able to access the broker without any delay but anything else was imposible. It seems the longer you are in the worser it gets.
Spoiler: The furthest I got was to the point where you have to clear the court yard after setting up the 3 siege points. Then I just get dced. So I can’t complete the story quest and can’t progress.

I’ve been having similar issues with story quest instances (Maeva’s Golems, Claw Island, and whatever the quest after that was). The game would just hang for a few seconds, and then “rubberband” forward. Together with the hordes of NPC enemies around, that killed me more than once.
