Guild Wars 2

Hello,

I’m returning after a long absence from this game. While downloading the game , i started to play as soon as it reached in " playable " region and entered my old character but the game bugged and showed me a report error window…I tried to report but the whole computer froze…I tried again and the same thing happened. I guessed perhaps because the game didn’t finish downloading, so i created a new character to test it out and it worked fine….
Now that the game is fully finished downloading i tried to access my old character the same bug happens…I enter loading screen, the game crashes and error pops up and it says send report but the whole computer freezes and i need to sign out or restart to get it working again ( even task manager doesnt work, the error window covers it and refuses to move ) .
The character isn’t high level, but it’s just a shame i can’t access him to see if i want to continue or start all over….
