This week The revs Facets for the herald have not been staying active when energy is full. you need to swap stances to get it to stay active
They introduced this bug with the big Nov 17th patch this week. The bug happens when you go underwater and then return to land. They tried to fix it so your character remembers the chosen legend stances when they return to land, but for Herald it bugs all the facets until you swap stances and then back.
