Guild Wars 2

Okay, so I know the bug for swapping legends when running a facet was fixed. Now, I cannot run more than one facet.

At 50% energy, not in combat, I turn on one facet, then try to run another (neither costs more than a total of 5 upkeep points) and they both turn off and have no cool down.

Scratch that, I can’t use any at all >.<

It happens when you go for a swim (such as in Swampland fractal).
