Facet of Light Regen pulses skill indicates 833 regen, i only regen 290.
Avtivating One with nature pulse skill indicates 3500 regen, i only regen 290.
Ventaris Tablet with Nourishing roots trait indicates 555 regen, i only regen 290.
Is this a bug or I’m just misunderstanding the skills.

you regen 290/sec for a period the tooltip lists the total regen for the entire period.

23 lvl 80’s, 9 times map, 4ele, 4ncr, 3war, 3grd, 3rgr, 2thf, 2msm, 1eng, 1 rev.
Been There, Done That & Will do it again…except maybe world completion.
