Guild Wars 2

I completed the Victory or Death personal story missions prior to the release of Reward Tracks, but because I completed it before the release of reward tracks The Ruined City of Arah reward track is still locked. This applied to other dungeons as well where I completed the dungeon, but had to re-run it to unlock the reward track. Is there a solution to this? I really don’t want to have to complete the personal story again on another character.

Have you tried joining another player who is doing the dungeon/story instance?

You don’t need to redo the story. Running one of the paths will also unlock it.
