Skill 1 on P/P thief doesn’t get the extra 150 range. Skills 2,3,4, do have the increased range. What gives?

Update: It seems to show 1050 sometimes, but in combat it’s usually 900 range and is indeed shorter range than other skills. A lot of the time the text says 900.
