Guild Wars 2

So I’m in the quest “Snaff would be proud” in the section where you have to go underwater to find some artifact. And there are a bunch of Ridgeback skales (Appropriately distanced to allow proper battling). The problem with these are their regeneration ability. I don’t know if I was expected to learn the underwater skills on my way there but I am the recommended level (3) and even with my entire team it takes a good 5-10 minutes to kill a single one of these Level 3 monsters due to their ability to regenerate 14+ damage per second (I do 14 damage and they can regenerate it all right as I hit them) So… Balance change maybe? I feel their a little to powerful for this area as they can still attack while not taking little (if any) damage.

EDIT: This problem was fixed the second I managed to kill three and got the second skill
