Rikka Cleaning Cloth Bugged?
You killed the golem, but did you also kill the skritt, Zokaggrot the Greedier, that spawns after? You need to kill both.
There might be a slight bug, as Zokaggrot didn’t spawn the first time I killed the golem, but it’s only a minute or so to wait for the golem to respawn, and it worked second time.
Have tried killing him 4 times. The skritt is not spawning that’s supposed to drop the cog.

No “extremly dirty cog” no “Zokaggrot the Greedier”
I got the cog dropped from Zokaggrot on my first try yesterday, but after that there’s no dialogue option to receive the cleaning rag from Rikka. I’m just stuck with the extremely dirty cog in my inventory now.
Same . Have cog after killing skritt on third golem and now no dialogue to get the cloth.
I don’t know if it will work for anyone else, but I had the same issue where I had the cog and Rikka wouldn’t talk to me about the rag. I went back to the starting NPC, Terksli, clicked through the dialogue again, went back to Rikka, and then it was fine. For the golem I tried killing him repeatedly, then gave up for a while and when I tried again after the daily reset it worked.
GW2 is weird with achievements/quests lately. -_ (o.o) _-
