This is in one of the orr story quests. The Risen spider lord summons about 50 veteran spiders with over 50k hp that hit for ~1500 each on my elementalist. They also stunlock you indefinitely. Geared in exotics and ascended and had to die about 4 times to beat this. Also the run back from waypoint takes 3-4 minutes which is ridiculous.
