I went to WvW from Malchor’s Leap, and then went to Lion’s Arch to access the crafting stations, where I access the bank to resort several items. All of a sudden I abruptly got disconnected from the map.

Upon reconnect from Character Selection screen, I was placed back to Malchor’s Leap. When I accessed my bank again in Lion’s Arch, all of the items I have already sorted had “undid” itself.

Has this happened to anyone?

Yes, it is caused by server crashes, before they could communicate with the database. It happened to me right after the patch, and I “lost” a valuable item while opening black lion chests. Rollback happened and had to reopen them again, ofc I got junk the second time.

Not sure there’s any recourse for this as I doubt logs had been saved when the changes themselves hadn’t, so I’m not even going to bother opening a ticket. Just lesson learned for next time – wait until a few days after a patch before dealing with such stuff.

I’ve had this happen to me, one day I got really mad at my guardian in a jumping puzzle (she is norn, level 46 at the time) and I deleted her out of rage. I came back in on my elesura and did the jp, got loot, was happy. As I was logging off I crashed and thought nothing of it. Came back the next day, my guardian was back, and my elesura had none of the jumping puzzle loot. Happy now though, my guardian is a happy level 80, back from the depths of the recycle bin.

Had this happen once waaaay back around release. I was doing map completion with a friend. We actually got rolled back by around 30 minutes.
