I just did the Royal Blood / Kellach’s Attack storyline quest and some lines were missing during the cinematics. Not sure whether other players are having similar experiences or it’s just a PC problem on my side (which could be the case, as my computer’s been … misbehaving lately <_<). I took some screenshots anyways, just to be sure
