Guild Wars 2

I recieved my royal guard outfit on the mail, i used it and it simply disappeared without unlocking anything. It simply doesn’t appear on the Outfits tab, it’s not in my inventory either, nor in the wardrobe. I used it and nothing happened.
please help?

I strongly recommend that you open a ticket so that you can work directly with Customer Service. Follow the links in the upper left of this page for “Support.”
