Rune/Sigil bugs after Sept 29 patch [merged]

Yes was just going to make a thread about the same thing. They stopped working.
Very upset about this atm…my Guardian relies on them to maintain perma swiftness (in conjunction with Retreat)…shield buff makes me really wanna play my Guardian now, but lack of good speed is a huge turnoff.
It seems that Superior Runes of the Centaur are not applying swiftness on heal. Not sure if this is everywhere but in Heart of the Mists, I can’t seem to get them to work in or out of combat.

Hell, maybe I’ll even quit GW2 earlier than I had planned. Seems like the infrastructure keeps getting worse and worse, while all they care about is adding more shininess to lure new players in and blind the veterans.

Our temporal curtain now stacks with other swiftness sources, at least.
Still, I rely on the TC/Centaur Rune Heal Swiftness combo a lot in open world and would like to see a quick fix soon.
Hi, final tier of the rune is no longer applying might (3 stacks, 10 secs) on heal. Please fix.
Add Rune of Air to the list as well.

Centaur Rune doesn’t work in PvP (the heal giving swiftness)
At least for Mesmer.
Also in the French game client there’s atypo in the Mesmer Heal Sign: should be “0 illusions” not “0 illusion”.
Can confirm. The sixth bonus doesn’t work anywhere.
EDIT: Air runes appear to be not applying its swiftness on heal effect either.

Seems that Superior Runes of Balthazar (AoE burn on heal) are also not working.
I already tested all of these on engineer, thief, and guardian in HoTM and some in PvE.

I also realized (6) is not working on my Mesmer, no swiftness at all. And someone mentioned rune of air too? Sigh…. Anet!
I am also a mesmer. Centaur runes swiftness not working for me in PvE or WvW…
This is a major and annoying bug, its affecting pve/wvw and pvp, and its a mixed bag results, not all players are having the same results on which runes they can or cannot get the HS proc from but its quite clear that they cannot use all of them which hurts if their favorite rune set is among the cannot use list.
To OP: Not all of those runes worked for me while others did, its a weird mixed bag affecting each player differently It’s far safer to assume none of the HS effects are working for every player, cause me and someone else in the pvp lobby confirmed it’s not working the same for each player, IE I used vamp rune but he couldn’t while I couldn’t use scavenger but he could.
Regard others as you would normally, the internet is not justification for mistreating others
Superior Runes of the Aristocracy does not work too:

Burning duration not stacking correctly from runes nor sigils in PvP and PvE.
You can easily test this by getting for example runes of Balthazar and check the tooltip of a skill that utilizes burning. When adding a rune one at the time and when the burning duration bonus applies, it will not add the duration correctly and sometimes it even lowers the burn damage.
Confirmed with centaur runes in PvP, PvE, and WvW.
Please fix. This is bad.
Same for me with defender, (6) doesn’t work. I think (4) too but i’m not sure.

Superior Rune of the Centaur isn’t working for me either for giving swiftness on healing. It was something that I found very useful for my thief, hope it is fixed soon.

That is probably why. The other rune effects work on tonic related stuff still in the working runes section (just confirmed today 9/30/2015) but the ones in the not working section don’t.
Also add in Rune of Aristocracy on the list. As a person who mains condition engineer that relies heavily on using kits at 10 seconds to gain 3 might stacks and maintain those might stacks it’s a very big nerf to me.
There are still bugs with Superior Rune of the Centaur and possibly other ones I haven’t tested on mesmer.
Prior to the Sept 29th patch, Mantra of Recovery would trigger the swiftness. The patch from today seems to have fixed some like Ether Feast, but Mantra of Recovery is still not triggering it like before the 29th patch.
Edit: I should clarify this a little. The initial activation that gives the stacks from Mantra of Recovery no longer triggers the swiftness. Actually using Power Return to use a stack does trigger the swiftness,

Btw, it does not active after channeling Mantra, just for Power Return.

rune of air is working for me now after the last patch… it wasnt 6 hours ago
Burn duration is still not working properly from runes / sigils after the hotfix yesterday.
As I said before, you can try this by checking the damage before / after applying sigil of smoldering or by applying Balthazar runes one by one and you’ll notice the damage isn’t right at all and sometimes it even decreases.
EDIT: The numbers get corrected properly if you use a food that has condition duration bonus on it. Then all the bonuses from the runes / sigils get adjusted to the correct numbers. This temporary fix will obviously not work in pvp though for obvious reasons.

After the latest update Oct.1 (in my timezone) healing skills now proc the Centaur rune, however the mesmer’s MANTRA OF RECOVERY doesnt proc it after charging the mantra as it used to before the update.
As a couple of people have already said, Rune of the Centaur is not activating with Mantra of Recovery, the initial charging of the mantra to use Power Return, which does activate the rune.
Rune of the Centaur: “+20% Movement speed increased by 33%; stacks duration. Swiftness duration; when you use a heal skill , you and all nearby allies gain Movement speed increased by 33%; stacks duration. Swiftness for 10 seconds. (Cooldown: 10s)”
Mantra of Recovery: “Attribute Adjust While Channeling: 600
Number of Casts: 2”
But! When used with the Restorative Mantras trait from the Inspiration trait line (“Heal allies around you when you finish preparing a mantra”), Mantra of Recovery becomes a healing skill and thus should activate Rune of the Centaur as it always has, but now throws me off because I’m used to that initial boost and now have to actually waste a Power Return charge for swiftness.
So is this issue with Mantra of Recovery going to be addressed or is this new behavior intentional? Prior to the Sept. 29th patch, the initial charging counted as a heal skill. Not sure why that got changed w/ respect to runes.
