Rune of Dwayna does not proc Cleansing Water
I’m going to bump this in vain, in the hopes that the devs notice it.
I’ve tested this in the mists. For whatever reason, the regeneration granted by Runes of Dwayna does not proc Cleansing Water – the Grandmaster Trait that removes conditions for the Elementalist.
Please fix this.
