The Rune of Lyssa 6 Bonus gives all boons for 5 seconds if using an Elite Skill. If you use Rampage as One with that Rune set the 5s Stability Bonus from the Rune overwrites the 20s Stability Bonus from Rampage as One instead of adding the time together or keeping the longer boon.
