i think this rune is not working on Thief cuz daze on steal (Sleight of Hand Trait) still does 1 sec daze with or withour this rune of mesmer and same from Guardian’s stolen skill (Mace Head Crack) 4 secs.

I am totally not surprised that something mesmer-related does not work.
