This rune should be deleted from the kittening game and you kittenin givin living content that WE DONT WANT ! WE WANT kittenING BALANCE IN 1 YEAR OLD GAME WHAT THE kitten IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS ! STOP THE kittenING DAILY CONTED BULLkitten !

But the rune of perplexity is rendered useless when someone has stability, which more often than not, people do in wvw.

Not seeing the issue, screen shot didnt show me anything. Can you post a shot of the combat log showing the damage you take from it.

I have not really encountered this, perhaps once I can think of. If it was as kittenome claim I imagine I would see much more if it on the server tier I am on.
