Superior Runes of the Krait have the following effect when you have six equipped:
(6): +20% Bleeding duration; when you use your elite skill you inflict Bleeding, Torment, and Poison for 8 seconds to nearby foes. (Cooldown: 45 seconds)

I am playing on a Berserker, and this part of the rune works with all elite skills EXCEPT Headbutt, which is the Berserker specialization elite skill. When using Headbutt with these runes on, bleeding, torment, and poison is not applied to enemies at any point.

I have not tested this with any other elite specializations or runes, but I suspect the issue remains with krait runes and other elite specializations.

I tested this with Headbutt and the elite Signet and had previously tested it with Rune of Surging. This isn’t tied to the runes, it’s tied to Headbutt.

Basically, if headbutt does not land, then the rune activates. If headbutt does land, the rune doesn’t activate. I reported it months ago.

I hope this isn’t an intended feature… that’s really lame that it kind of punishes you for landing the ability. Do you think it’s an accident because of the self stun?

EDIT: Okay I just tested this, the self-stun is what causes the rune to not work. If you grant yourself stability before using heabutt, so that you are not stunned, the conditions are applied.
