I’m not sure whether this is a serious issue or just a mistake in display but I learnt about rune stacking today and I decided to buy 6 Superior runes of the ranger. When I was in Lions Arch I put one rune into Medium Whispering Mask of the Infiltrator which I bought from the karma vendor near Arah. When I moused over the item it display 7/6 ranger runes stacked. I then placed another rune into Medium Whispering Shoulderpads of the Infiltrator and it stated 8/6 ranger runes stacked. Do I have the benefits of all 6 with one rune or is it just a typo? I noticed my damage is higher than normal but I would have expected an increase when changing from infiltrator to ranger runes anyway. In the screenshot I banked the remaining 4 runes.

Well I’ve noticed that I use Ranger runes in PvP so that is why they stack. I’ve already read a thread about this so you can close this if you wish.

The bug is still there unfortunately, seems it’s only a visual thing however but it’s quite annoying.

Same issue here, i used 6 Superior Rune of the Ranger on my CoF gear. Now it shows (12/6) in red and the stats bonus of the runes ARE NOT WORKING. I transmuted the CoF gear with the Cultural Norn armor rank 3, so think about the gold i spended on it, and this Runes are expensive aswell, like 125g in total. Im a ocassional player so i worked really hard since the launch of the game to get the gold and now i screwed up my armor because a not fixed bug? I see 4-5 months replies here, is a old bug so please do something or give the gold or fixed items back. Sorry for my english.

Firstly, they are working, secondly, its a simple bug. go to heart of mists and change your spvp armor.

Seems like youre right. I never figured that because i never do PvP. Anyways, if is a old graphical bug, why not fixed yet?.
