Rune of the elementalist
Haven’t tested these(although I have the full set on my Engineer) but there was and still seems to be a general issue with any +specific condition duration runes.
Not sure if this has been reported already but rune of the elementalist does not seem to work with rocket kick/freeze grenade. it does not seem to be a tool-tip error either.
(only tested in the mists)
