The 6 piece bonus on runes of tormenting does not work. Tested it on a mesmer with Mirror and Ether Feast in Eternal Battlegrounds on an Ascalonian Archer and a Salamander Drake, neither one activated the 2 stacks of AoE torment on heal.

It works perfectly for me, the #6 torment application and the duration increase. I’ve been using them for a few weeks now (using ether feast, mirror or mantra of resolve).

Yep just tested it again and it’s working now. Not sure if that means it got patched or it was some bug that just effected me, but I’m absolutely positive that it wasn’t working for me when I posted this :O
