Runes of perplexity are supposed to give a 15% bonus from two parts – so a full superior set will give +30%. They currently do not give any additional duration to either the confusion applied by these runes or confusion from other skills (Mesmer scepter 3 for example).
Please resolve as having a rune set lack two of the bonuses it’s supposed to give should have been picked up during testing… especially knowing these were originally bugged and gave you confusion. (On a side note the 6th rune is totally OP and needs an ICD…)
Did you actually test confusion duration or do you rely on the tooltips’ values?
