Guild Wars 2

Ever since the 15th of April update I’ve been having issues with the scepter on my elementalist.
Every time (at least that’s how I think to make the bug appear) I get downed, get back up but then the foe is downed, the scepter stops dealing damage with the 1 skill. The only way to fix it is to cancel casting, clear the target, target the foe again and start using the 1 skill again. There’s no other way of fixing it. Here’s a screenshot to show it. I’m casting but no damage is dealt.
Edit: Just happened again when switching between targets with TAB

I’ve been having similar problems with scepter and conjured weapons. I don’t recall being down though, just that, for an unknown reason, my attacks stops doing damage. To resume doing damage I have to switch from the conjured weapon to my regular weapon, or attune to another element when I’m already attacking with my scepter.
