The topic pretty much sums it up. I’m doing World 2 Zone 2 and the shortcut eagle is dropping me back at the start of the zone. I can die and respawn back at the checkpoint after the octopus, but I took the eagle twice and same thing happens.

I didn’t have any problems with it the past couple days when I first started doing SAB. Just noticed tonight as I’m getting the tribulation mode weapon tokens after the reset.

Huh, I did not know that about tribulation mode. I did not play for a long time and only started doing SAB with 6 days left until it goes away again. This is only my second day running tribulation mode after doing the other achievements. It’s all kind of a blur.

Going through Tribulation mode involves a lot of trial and error. Shortcut thingies are one of them. Players will fall to their doom if they go through the Shortcut Wurm.

Oh, shortcut wurm is doable. I’ve actually done that one successful a couple of times
Even on my laptop with wifi and a crappy AMD graphics card.

But shortcut eagle, yeah. I’ve nothing more to add. What Geekfox said pretty much sums it up: it trolls you. And actually, in my opinion a good thing. Otherwise you would skip like 70% or so of the level without any extra difficulty compared to the normal mode.
