I was just about to complete World 2, Zone 2 on Tribulation Mode with three party members. We were just before the bridge to get to the final cage-fight for the achievement chest and we were about to get into position to ring the bell that drops the bridge. However, I soon found myself trapped inside of a rock. I tried dodging, jumping, and running in every direction, but ultimately, I was stuck.
Unfortunately, I do not know how to contact a GM in-game, and I don’t think there is a real way to report an in-game bug. And I figured that the consequences of leaving a Tribulation Mode zone while in a party results in a ban from the zone your party is currently in. However, I had just spent a tumultuous three hours to get to the very end, and I had to take a chance. I hit the zone button and tried to log back into the zone, and as I assumed it would not let me.
Seeing that this event was clearly out of my control, I would like the Storm Wizard Coin Z-2 that I was robbed of. Although, it is true that I did ultimately make the decision to zone out, however I would like to bring you back to where I was when this bug occurred. It was just before we had to ring the bell to drop the drawbridge, to even encounter the final boss. The bell requires all party members present to ring it. So , the bug that I encountered not only prevented me, but two other players of their prize. And again, I am not certain there is a way to contact support in-game. So, it was either I drop out, and take my chances in the forums or waste my party members’ time.
If it is at all possible, I would love to receive my Storm Wizard Coin Z-2.
