Guild Wars 2

I managed to hit level 400 scribe last night, but where are all these ingredients? They would have made things much easier along the way, and I still cannot make half of the decorations because they are just nowhere to be found?

-Bag of Mortar
-Essence of Light
-Wood Glue

These are the big three, and I am not sure if there are others.

wood glue is bought from Sigurlina Jonsdottir in the guild hall with tier 4 trader unlocked. the other two, I have no idea
