Guild Wars 2

Hi there.

I am having consistent issues with my guild and friendlist – Usernames are not showing up. Character names are when the player is logged on, but even then their actual username just shows as “…”. Also, when they are offline, most show as “…” constantly.

This is persistent across my guild and friendlist, and nobody else has reported the issue within the guild. This has been going on for a few days (a week?), and is not fixed by standing down/representing another guild, restarting, switching characters etc.

Is there a fix for this?
