I sent in a support ticket. They emailed me this really neat program called “GameAdvisor” which produces a sum of all your PC info. But they haven’t responded to my ticket. I was working. I didn’t check my email for 3 days and they had something about tickets being active for only 48hrs. That’s not a lot of time for busy scheduled people. 48 hrs is a spit in the bucket to someone who works full time plus. I can easily skip thru 3 days without realizing they’ve went by. Hope my ticket is still active but I got no response. I may have to resubmit.

Never create a duplicate ticket, as it will reset your place in the queue. If you have further information to impart to the CS Team, you can update your original ticket. As for time, the Team is a bit overwhelmed at the moment, and are running somewhat longer than usual. If you have not had a response after 7 days, you can post your ticket number in the pertinent Sticky above.

Oh the stupid yahoo they had emailed me but it didn’t get thru. I’M BACK UP AND RUNNING! It’s awesome. Tech had me use port 80. Playing the game with no problems now. Isn’t that nice hearing things going right instead of going wrong?
