^This is not the facts, it does not work in World vs. World. That is pretty much wherever i go. I was up all night grinding to get this, only to find out that i wasted my time? Please FIX this so it works in World vs. World. OR Put on the tooltip that it dosn’t work in World vs. World and REFUND my 800 gems! Thank you!

Your best chance to get it refunded, which I expect would be likely due to the clear wording on the item not being accurate, would be to file a support ticket and explain there just as you did here about it clearly stating “wherever you go”, yet is non-functional in WvW. Your gems should be readily refunded until such a time when it is corrected to be functional in WvW in line with the “wherever you go” portion of the description…if it ever is.
