Long story short, all criteria to meet the achievement has been met yet the game does not recognize this. We would like to kindly ask a developer to look into this matter and grant us our titles.

We’ve contacted gw2support and they explicitly stated that a game developer should look at this issue and that they had no means of communication nor co-relation with the game developers what so ever.
@Malediktus Yes if you check out the video at around 9:45 you will see check marks on both Vale Guard and Gorseval but not Sabetha. If you watch the video at the end bit Sabetha falls with everyone alive but no one gets the achievement.
@ArenaNet I know a lot of people who already got the achievement and that’s why i wanted to ask a developer to look at this issue, for it might be an isolated case or might not be and id really appreciate it if we could work together to sort this thing out since i want the achievement. All that hard work all for naught. :<
I was in this kill as well, would really like to get some kind of dev comment on this as its difficult to convince my raid go for attempts at the eternal title without knowing if this achievement is bugged or not.
@Cameron Rich i believe 3 of the raid members we’re on their first kill of the week, as for rest, this was a repeat since we killed Sabetha a day before “The Eternal” attempt. I do know for a fact that killing Sabetha once and then killing her again does not make you ineligible for the title, since i have a couple of friends do it the same way and they had no problems.
It might have something to do with the raid lock outs, because i know for my account at least i killed all 3 bosses already but i failed to do Venture deeper into the woods. so every time i try to open my own instance it would load a map at the event after Vale Guardian which might have prevented our group from getting the title (this is just speculation) .
I hope this little bit of information helps you determine the cause of this, because i don’t think its fair to include the events in between bosses a prerequisite for obtaining the boss achievements.

Hi. I just contacted support regarding this issue and I was redirected to here. My team also killed Sabetha last night and none of us was rewarded progress towards our Undefeated achievement.

Yes, we killed her earlier on this week. We went back in to cap shards and killed her with no deaths.
I have uploaded a video as proof that we didn’t get the achievement and we are all eagerly awaiting to have it rewarded to us…
I just ran a full clear of the raid with my group and after killing Sabetha I wasn’t awarded the eternal title despite nobody dying. Now I know this is an older thread but I feel bumping this over starting a new one would be ideal. No, this wasn’t any of our first kills.
Did anyone in your group kill Sabetha earlier in the week before getting this kill?
This was my first kill of the week however the group had killed her multiple times prior.
