Hello,

There is a bug with the Heritage skin. When we transmute an armor with Heritage skin we cannot salvage it, even if we transmute it again after with another skin.

Karma and WvW armor from badges of honor can’t be salvaged. Did you originally get that armor from one of those sources?

I have never had any trouble salvaging heritage-skinned armor (with the exceptions mentioned by Astral Projections).
