Guild Wars 2

I’ve tried 6 ways from Sunday to do Salvaging Scrap though every time I enter the area, Isola and Braugit are no where to be found. The town is full of scrappers and visiting Norn. I’m ready to pull my hair out. Any ideas???!

Talk to the suspicious scrapper on the left. It will start up a cut scene.
