Same dailies two days in a row *fixed*
I had different dailies today.
John Smith: “you should kill monsters, because killing monsters is awesome.”
It is fixed now, but at the time of day change I, and few others, got the same dailies.
Is it possible that your local area had daylight savings end this week? (August seems like an unlikely time for it.) That would explain the hour difference.

No, nothing of sort.
I asked at Divinity’s Reach, another player confirmed it and another said he had different dailies. I have no idea what happened, but I thought of mentioning it because of ANet’s recent server issues and all.
In any case, the dailies list changed after I had traveled to two different maps, in Brisban and LA. All is good now.
Possibly it’s not that you got the list twice, it’s just a desync with servers that fixes itself when you log out or change maps. I have seen it happening before.
