Guild Wars 2

Today i just finished emerald, garnet and sapphire. The first two chests gave me the achievements but not the last one that i found opened and i still can’t open it. I still have the two part of the key but i can’t open the chest and then get the achievement.

Any answer from staff?

I would give it a day. Their might be a bug which is making the game think you already opened this chest (as in one of the borderlands is acting as two zones). If after a day (after 1 reset) you still can’t open the chest, I would advise opening a ticket, you will probably get faster results.

Just to add to the topic: Yesterday someone opened the door to the chest for me, but I did not get the achievement, even though i was able to loot the chest.
First I thought that you only get the achievement, when you got the two keys yourself or something, but considering you did that there may actually be a bug!?
