I changed my password when all the hacking attempts were becoming more rampant. Before I chose to have the loader/patcher save my password and user name. Since I’ve changed the password and logged in several times with the new one (successfully), the patcher does not want to remember the new password no matter what I do.

I have tried unchecking the box, loading thru a few times with manual entry of the new password, then trying to save again, but it keeps reverting to the old one. (I can tell thru the hash’ed out characters because the lengths were radically different, and it can’t log in with the one it saves)

This has persisted through multiple build patches. It just can’t seem to clear it’s cache of the old password. Is there a way to do this manually? (I am an advanced computer user)

So, does no one else have this issue?

I have no idea how to fix that but it is a small problem.
It aint that hard to write your password every time you log in thats what I do anyway.

Not calling you lazy or anything but I wouldnt bother with it so much if you need an answear ask support instead of the forums, Much faster answear.

I have the exact same issue.
It isn’t the worst hassle in the world to write it everytime, but it would be nice if tha launcher worked as intended.

Well, it started working correctly, as intended, after the other night’s update..
I still don’t know why or how, but it’s fine now.
Chalk it up to a minor glitch?
