Scaling in lowlevel maps
The issue isn’t scaling in low level maps, but that champ specifically. It’s a special event that got added recently and it’s supposed to be done in group (that’s why soloing it may be a pain). However, it feels like its damage is too high for its level and area. Curiously, the event info says it’s level 8, but the mob is level 10.
Just the 2 level difference would make him tankier and deadlier at the same time.
he’s a foe designed for higher level maps — i can’t imagine tackling him on a queensdale-level character. For L80 toons, though, he seems fine (to me, anyhow).
