I know I have opened a thread on this type of situation in the past….

I play light armor class mainly and sometimes medium armor class…

Why in the wide wide world of sports are “special skins” only set to preview as heavy…

I cant imagine how many people have not bought items in the past (me include) if I didn’t have to Google all around looking for a code, to then copy and spam in chat, to preview an item….

Usually when a new armour skin is added to the gem store, it’s also added to the PvP locker, from where you can preview it with every type of armour. So just teleport to the Mists and check them out there. You can also preview dyes on them.

PVP locker is only workaround. It doesn’t really help in most of the cases.
First of all, to preview the skin, I have to make my current PVE look by previewing all of my PVE items from PVP locker. Moreover, I have to change colors of my current PVP items to match the color slots of the previewed PVP items, which is really painful. It is much easier to just find the item code and preview it witth my current PVE armor.
