Guild Wars 2

I have done all of the jumping puzzles and this is the last one left.
After doing this same puzzle 3 times I am still not getting the achievement for this last one.
Its keeping me from completing it. I have sent in 2 bugs both of them with screen shots.
Please can someone look into this and help me out.

Are you sure you fully completed it? Got all 12 orbs and then opened the three chests in order within a daily period?
