First, sorry about my terrible English, it’s not my native language.

I have this issue with a achievement called Scholar’s Pack wich is part of the Basic collections. Although i finished the whole story with my main character, wich is a Ranger of the Durmand Priory order, i didn’t receive some of the necessary rewards for that achievement. I’m talking about the Golden Priory Buckle, Waterproof Padding en the Dragonvine Priory Strap. All rewards from the storyline of Heart of Thorns act 4 wich i have completed.

For another similar achievement, called Agent’s Pack, i could use another character, a Guardian from the order of Wisphers. No problems there.

With a third similar achievement i had no problems neither, called Crusader’s pack, completed with a character from the Vigil Order.

Now the problem is that i don’t have any character left from the priory order and it would be stupid if i had to delete one, rebuild it and join the priory order and go through the whole story again just for that achievement and the following achievements, like the Magister’s pack (need Scholar’s pack achievement) and i think there’s another one of wich i can’t remember right now. After some research i found another achievement can’t be completed, called Pact Reformer, because the absence of the completion of the Scholar’s Pack achievement. The Pact Reformer reward is a nice one, the Gift of Ascension.

So, i was wandering if someone had the same issue or has a solution for my problem.

Have you tried replaying the pertinent chapters with your Priory character? Made absolutely sure that said Priory character was the character to first attain the initial Scholar’s pack item? https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Scholar's_Pack_

You character’s order choice is completely irrelevant for that achievement. The only thing that matters is the reward you select after completing Prisoner of the Dragon story step.

Replaying any step on a character is also not going to help since you can’t get rewards multiple times.

OP stated he used a particular Priory character, so the advice was to make sure to have used said same character for all subsequest chapters, and to make sure the Priory character mentioned was, in fact, the first character to have attained the first piece. As stated, it doesn’t matter (which Order) before the first choice, but what is paramount is to use the same character.

And you are all correct, the order choosen in the beginning doesn’t matter and that is where i went wrong. I got it all figured out now and found the character that choose the right path for this Scholar achievement and those that follow on this one.

I’m having a problem with the Magister’s Pack achievement, specifically I can’t get the “Airship Cargo Strap” trophy item to drop, even though I have successfully completed the Verdant Brink map meta-event cycle several times each on a few different characters.

The characters I’ve done the full Verdant Brink day and night meta on are:
Level 80 Sylvari Tempest that is a Priory character.
Level 80 Sylvari Chronomancer that’s a Vigil character
Level 80 Sylvari Druid that’s a Priory character that I originally unlocked the Scholar’s Pack on (I’ve started wearing the back item on her for good luck and with hope it helps :P )

In trying to be thorough, I’ve even hung out on the same map, repeating the meta for a few hours.

I haven’t had any problem getting any other items to drop, as they usually drop as soon as I complete the metas, events, story step, or achievements required. It’s just that Airship Cargo Strap. Is there some detail I’m missing? Do it have to be a successful tier 4 map?(none of the other items seemed to need that to drop) Or is this a bug?
