When using the greatsword ability number 4 “Bladetrail” on a Warrior with the Sclerite Karka Shell equipped and showing, the item will disappear and reappear after the ability is used.

Human Warrior, tried multiple maps, level 80 with Twilight Legendary Greatsword

As a necromancer who recently had their back piece visual bug fixed soon, i hope this gets fixed for you soon as well.

Here is an additional unrelated bug.

Mesmer illusions wearing the sclerite karka shell have a graphical error.
(the shell does not look like the rest of the illusion)
