Scout's dialogue cutting short
This is happening for me as well. Sound cuts off at the exact same time, after what I’m counting as about 12 seconds.

edit: love voice acting in GW2, gives the game so much immersion and feels <3 Small things like this break that quite badly!
First world problems. Make the game too good and small things feel much worse problems than actually are

I can report the same thing has been happening to me for weeks.
I haven’t tested this yet after today’s patch, but when this bug first appeared a few weeks ago, I found a little work around for it (it might have been posted already in another thread but I didn’t check).
Basically, as soon as you get the Scout talking and the map screen opens up, press ‘M’ to close the map and cut them off, and then immediately talk to them again to restart it, and this should have them finish their entire dialogue with no interruptions or cut-offs.
Jericho, that fix worked for me. I wish they’d fix it though.
