Anyone know why the Basic Decorations at the vendor next to the “Market Proprieter” cost only 24 silver but Basic Decorations at the vendor next to the scribbing stations cost 50s? Also you can purchase white balloons from the vendor next to the scribbing station but not next to the “Market Proprieter”? Seems like a glitch. My guild is level 45 if that matters, but i don’t think the two basic decoration vendors should differ on whats available and how much things cost.

I was wondering if this is a bug as well. My small Guild isn’t Lv.22 yet and can’t even begin to unlock the Decorations Merchant 2 upgrade, but the Scribe vendor is selling absolutely everything. We’ve been wanting to decorate our Guild Hall for months now so we’ve been buying up all the different objects and having the most fun in our Hall since we’ve completed Arena 2. Definitely seems too good to be true though.

Hail! What you are experiencing right now is the intended behavior. When a guild obtains the Workshop they get the chance to purchase the basic decorations for 50s each (to allow folks to start scribing decoration schematics sooner). Then when guilds begin investing in the basic decoration vendor from the Market, groups of the basic decorations will be unlocked at better prices (the 24 silver) on that vendor.

With a fully unlocked guild hall there shouldn’t be a difference in price or for that matter once the guild reaches the required level to purchase for a cheaper amount in the decorations vendor, the scribe vendor should match the price. Even if it was delayed until the decorations merchant is fully unlocked it would be ok but having two different prices in a fully unlocked guild hall shouldn’t happen.

I’ve pretty much outlined the same thing in this post, where the two vendors (in the Market and Workshop) match prices as a guild unlocks further tiers of the Decoration Merchant upgrades.
